New administrators of cermat 5

I think many members didn't know the deadline is 11/2/2009, so they didn't vote.
Congratulations: New administrators of cermat 5 are Denise(5), WeeHua(4) and Yung Teng(4).
So are you going to vote again?

No i never insisted , actually i am flexible with it indeed.

But i strongly disagree to have 3 admin because :

1. It is written down clearly that "only 2 admin will be selected ".So it's better to follow to what we had stated.

2. Allowing 3 admin defeat the purpose of voting for administrative ----"reducing it to two person would make communication easier to manage the blog."

3.Human a lot mouth mixed..............................................

4. Three admin means less 1 person when it comes to voting . Unless , 3 of the admin vote too?

5. Three admin means three person will have the accessibility to the mail box , simply means 1 more person will have the ability to get to know about the voting result , which may lead to higher chances of the result ( who vote for who ) leak out, which will lead to further complication .

Okay , u might suggest that among 3 admin , we gonna vote again for " person in-charge of reading mail "??!?!?! OMG ~~ complicated-nya....

6. Heard of " diminishing return" ?

haha should i say thank you? No ! hahaha because the admin team was not chosen yet hahaa. hahhaa who knows suddenly got re-election?

Yes ,there is nothing wrong with having 3 admin. Among the benefits are :

1. the more the merrier, more ideas and more contribution...etc

2.Orang banyak kerja lebih senang. 人多好办事

3.Less burden maybe can even distribute different task to each of the admin.

4. When there are disagreement between admin A and B , the existence of admin C will solve the disagreement . (2 vote vs 1 vote )

5. Three admin means 3 administrator distributed in three different location: Taiwan , JB and KL. Instead of using computer to communicate ,our family member can even consult them face to face if there is any problems. hahaha

So , 3 or 2 admin?????
