Need to answer this question to inform everyone about the situation :-)

"herk min this year goin turn 15 oso cannot vote meh?" , ask Kai Yuan .


in my own opinion , its better only for those who is "15+" to take part . Since Herk Min haven't really turn 15 , its more fair for him not to take part to avoid further complication. Even country's general election they also required voters to be 21+ , not "21" in order to vote. ;-)

okay, the main reason i set 15 years old is to start a minimum age

we canset 14 , 16 , 18 ,but which 1 we should choose? ;-)

everyone will have their own preference minimum age , backup with their own reasons, and we will have to debate all day long if we even have to discuss on the minimum age issue .

therefore to avoid wasting time , i suggested 15 years old as a starting time , so that the voting could be carry out fast.

and if let herk min in too , later those that are 14 years old + or 13 years old might starts asking why they cannot take part too

so hope u can understand the situation and explain it to herk min if he ask to ;-)

if lets say he really want to appeal ,

can , ;-)

we choose the two administrative first (without him) , then ask the two administrative to ask everyone whether want to involve herk min in or not... using the CVT system.

if they are okay , then revote again.

For the election of administrative , EVERYONE CAN VOTE.

But in the future , if there is any issue that require the use of voting system , only those that are 15+ and above can vote .
