you know my old house that made Turn , Mom and Han Chou , Pin Chen and I all in a mess.

don't really need to change the tiles. just some polishing may do. try to find at some self fix shop or tiling store. it will make it much better.
Thanks, Bon Chong also suggested me to use gesso to fix them.
