Wah Lao eh!~~ not easy le to become this blog's admin. Some say like this can , some say like this cannot , some say must like this , some say must like that... wah lao pening pening... hahaha.. BUT DON'T WORRY!

Since this blog is growing and growing and keep growing growing growing non stop, we need to manage it in a more professional and proper way( like other blog ), so that no individuals will be offended by other people's posting .

It doesn't feel good too when got people complained that they were offended by a certain post by another individual. Therefore , we have to something about it.

Sorry if there is any one who is unhappy with the new rules set , because its hard to please every individual. We as the user of this blog , bare a part of responsibility for every post in this blog.

If still not happy with the rules, perhaps can start another blog called cermat5(2) . Hahahahah then we might have two different blog to visit every day. One in the morning one in the night . Just joking :-p

NEW RULE:

1. No post that might be offensive to other individuals
2. No foul words!
3. Those that are not being able to follow rule 1 and 2 will be given warning. After 2 warning , still cannot follow the rules? then too bad . Gotta say bye bye to that person :-( .The privilege to post will be taken away.

As the admin of the blog, I, John, would like to put down the current status of the blog and rules clearly:

Current status:
1: This blog is currently co-admin by me, Denise and Weihua.
2: This blog is only open for posting to our members, or rather, people for our family.
3: Our family consist of 3 generations: our grand parents, our parents and uncles/aunts, and us, the younger generation. Those who are not invited to post in our blog yet, please contact any of the administrators.
4: This blog is currently open for public view due to easy accesibility. I will have no doubt to make it private if any of the members are being banned. So if you get banned, you will permanently have no access to the blog, not even allowed to view it.
5: the tag box is currently removed, and i have no idea when i will put it back again. I do intend to put it back again if the situation gets better.

Rules:
The those who broke the following rules will received a warning each time. 3 offences and you are out. Since the Rules are implemented now, everyone is given a clear record. I will post the names and warnings when needed:

1: Pornographic material: items, posts, pictures or even words that contains pornographic or suggestive information that are not suitable for minor.

2: Flaming and insult: Posts that are directed to any group or person that are meant solely to annoy or defame a person. If you intend to voice your anger towards a certain person, please state your reason clearly, and do allow the particular person to voice his or her opinion as well.
For example, if i am not happy with Weihua body odour, and i say " eh Wei, you smell like a rotten rat body, do you know how to bath? do you even bath?" This is not allowed. However, if the post goes like this, "Actually Wei, I reallised that you have some body odour recently. Maybe you should buy some deodourant, as somtimes, staying in a small room with you is a bit disturbing.", then this post will be allowed.

3: Impersonating: To pretend to be someone else posting. If you are not the person, please do not post as his name. If you are using someone else account to post, please state your name clearly.

4: Vulagarities: Vulgarities are not allowed. This rule doesnt limited to English. Vulagarities of Chinese, Hokkien, Malay or any other language is not allowed. Emoticons (smileys) of offensive words are not allowd as well. On rare occasion that it must be used, for example, if you are posting a joke topic, or you are citing someone else's words, please censored the word with *asterisks*.

The following are allowed, but not encourage:

1: Criticism: refer to previous rule-number-2: although criticism is allowed, we do not encourage it. we do hope to have more suggestion for us to perform better, but please do not criticise over the least bit of disturbance.

2: Short forms and broken english: although i know that some of us, particularly the younger generation love to post in short forms, sms or msn language, we do hope to make this a place to sharpen our English. Chinese and Malay posts are allowed. Try not to use Hokkein or Hanyupinyin unless it is for certain purpose.

3: Using other person account: unless yo do not have an account(those that are very young), please post in your own account to avoid confusion. So those who have not register to the blog yet, please inform the administrators. For example, if let say Denise if sharing computer with Joyce, and when you intend to post something, she should log off of Joyce account and use her own account to post.

Seriously my heart sank when i saw the tag box and when wei hua passed me the admin power today. This shouldnt have occur. I seriously hope that everyone can treat everyone else here and this blog with respect, since we belong to this huge family.
