Attain stillness in meditation,when a lake is still,every thing inside the lake can be seen clearly.Similarly,when yr mind is still,it is clear,energized n sharp.
Day 6: Tranquility
Tranquility: peace of the body n mind;when there is nothing to do abt situation,just to nothing.
